CANCELLATION POLICY

✨ BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY ✨ A valid credit or debit card on file is required to book an appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. • No-shows, cancellations, or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No refunds. • Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the amount due. The client remains responsible for any remaining balance. • By booking, you authorize Artistic Touch Salon LLC to charge the card/payment method provided at booking for fees owed under this cancellation and no-show policy. • If the payment method on file is declined, locked, removed, expired, or otherwise cannot be processed, the outstanding balance remains due and must be paid before any future appointment may be booked. • Arriving 10 or more minutes late without notice may require your appointment to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total. • Outstanding fees must be paid in full before rebooking. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting my time and supporting a small business. 🤍
